There are multiple characters that players will meet through the progression in Candy Crush Jelly Saga. The following are a few, major, and recurring characters.

Jenny[]
- Main article: Jenny
Jenny is the main protagonist in Candy Crush Jelly Saga. She is a yeti girl who lives in the Cotton Candy Clouds with her uncle, Mr. Yeti. She also gives the player some helpful tips if you have trouble with some levels. And her journey is to explore the worlds and rescue Mr. Yeti, her uncle who is trapped by Jelly Queen.
Yeti[]
- Main article: Mr. Yeti
Mr. Yeti is a minor character in 'Candy Crush Jelly Saga'. He appears in the first episode, Cotton Candy Clouds along with Jenny. On the way, he is trapped by Jelly Queen, Jenny's uncle. And so, Jenny's rescue adventure begins.
Jelly Queen[]

Jelly Queen is the main antagonist in Candy Crush Jelly Saga. She first appears in level 4, in the intro and all jelly boss levels and she spreads green jellies in jelly boss levels. On the way, she traps Yeti, Jenny's uncle.
Cupcake Carl[]
- Main article: Cupcake Carl
Cupcake Carl is the second antagonist in Candy Crush Jelly Saga. He first appears at level 21, in the intro and all puffler boss levels.
Liquorice Larry[]
- Main article: Liquorice Larry
Liquorice Larry is the third antagonist in Candy Crush Jelly Saga. He first appears in level 141, in the intro and all monkling boss levels.
